After being found unresponsive in a possible suicide attempt, the 43-year old was hospitalized immediately.
The singer is said to be in a stable condition and held under 24-hour care.

According to Page Six, longtime friend, NeNe Leakes took to social media to let fans know how important it is to check on your "strong friends".

According to The Blast, Braxton was found unresponsive by her boyfriend, David Adefeso in her room at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Downtown Los Angeles on Thursday (July 17th).
VIBE reports that the L.A. Fire Department responded to an emergency call for a "possible overdose" and that Braxton had been drinking while taking prescription pills.
