NEW YORK - Girl Scout Cookie season is only a few months away, and experts say you may have to pay a little more for that first bite.
According to Business Insider, Girl Scout Cookies have been steadily increasing in price since 2014. From third-party sellers to getting cookies from your local neighborhood troop, the bite-size treat costs have gone up in front of our eyes.

CBS News says that Girl Scout Cookies could go from $5 a box to $6 in some states when the 2024 Girl Scout Cookie season arrives. In 2014, reports from Business Insider reported that the boxes were priced at $4.
Typically, Girl Scout Season runs from January - April. According to CNN Business, states like Louisiana and New York will see an increase in the cost of Girl Scout Cookies.
