Words matter, and the right words matter most of all. In the end they're all that remains of us.

Choose wisely. Think before you speak. Listen first, then choose to respond.
Here's the catch;
what if I told you that the way you communicate with yourself is identical to how you'll communicate with others.
Personally, the saying of "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" was a saying I lived by for a long time. I believed that the only way someone would be capable of hurting me, was if they could physically harm me.
LIES.
That saying holds some truth to it, but words definitely leave scars just as much as branches and rocks.
Words do hurt.
Believe it or not ,when you speak negatively about your failures and dwell on those failures, you're sabotaging your potential to be successful in life.
It's never easy to see the glass half full when you're surrounded by everything that has gone wrong. I want to let you in on a secret about how to handle negative situations...
SPEAK POSITIVELY!
If you want things to change then you have to talk about how you're going to change them; change your way of thinking through what you say and write down.
For months I only talked to my friends about how bad things were going in my professional & personal life until I realized that all I kept doing unconsciously was GIVING LIFE TO NEGATIVITY. Once I began to think about how to change my situation, the way I talked about my situation shifted as well. I stopped letting life's challenges define me, instead I wrote my own narrative where I win in negative situations!
The positive words that I speak on my not-so-positive situations, improved my life drastically.The key to slaying those negative fire breathing dragons isn't with more fire; it's with the sharpest sword made out of positive words.
